To order from HPRC, you need documentation showing you are a qualified medical marijuana patient — a county-issued ID or Patient ID Center card. Click here for details.
To schedule delivery, use our online form or call us at 510-463-1420 between 11:00am and 5:00pm any day of the week.
HPRC Delivers offers courier delivery service to all of California.
Same-day delivery service until 9:00pm is available in most locations, especially in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.
For deliveries outside Hayward city limits, there is a $30 minimum purchase requirement.
There is no additional charge for deliveries in the following Bay Area counties:
Alameda
Contra Costa
Marin
San Francisco
San Mateo
Santa Clara
Outside those counties, there is a $5-per-30-miles surcharge added from our offices in Hayward to your address. The surcharge will be calculated when you call us to schedule delivery.

Delivery Time Expectations – More like UPS, less like Domino’s
Our drivers work routes each day based on current orders, so when you call to schedule a delivery we will contact you to keep you updated on your delivery status. Most orders can be received within 2 hours if you are home and available to receive your delivery from the time of your call. Please note that we may be in your city (in the Bay Area, at least) 2 – 3 times every day so there is usually more than one time window for delivery.
Need something a little faster?
If you’d like delivery that’s more immediate, we can offer an expedited delivery service direct from our office to your Bay Area location. The cost is 50 cents per mile from our Hayward location direct to you. While this service is faster, it’s not “30 minutes or less” and we’ll only accept orders for it if we have a driver available when you call. We may be unable to provide this service on Sundays and holidays.
